Account deletion
To request the deletion of your Veterly account, send an email to privacy@veterly.com indicating:
- The email address used for registration
- Your first and last name
- The reason why you are requesting the cancellation
What happens once you have requested deletion?
- Our team will process your request within 30 days
- All your personal data will be deleted:
- first name
- last name
- email address
- address
- Data on the activities and events of the diary will be kept in anonymised mode
- Once the procedure is completed you will receive a confirmation email from our team
