To request the deletion of your Veterly account, send an email to privacy@veterly.com indicating:

• The email address used for registration

• Your first and last name

• The reason why you are requesting the cancellation

What happens once you have requested deletion?

• Our team will process your request within 30 days

• All your personal data will be deleted:

  • first name

  • last name

  • email address

  • address

• Data on the activities and events of the diary will be kept in anonymised mode

• Once the procedure is completed you will receive a confirmation email from our team
